Use the camera more than once, or select multiple saved photos. Keep pages in order; up to 12 pages per receipt.
2. Check purchase details
Itemized lines
Keep unrelated purchases on separate lines. Choose the vehicle, machine, or tool each item belongs to. A Manager verifies these links and the costs during review.
