Set an employee rate
Loaded cost is the employer's actual hourly cost. Billable rate is optional. A new effective date creates history; approved sessions keep their original amount.
Time awaiting review
Only completed sessions can be approved. An effective rate must exist at the session's start time. Project time appears separately from shop and other overhead.
